Hotel is idealy located, especially on weekends when the work offices surrounding the property are closed. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Great ambiance in dining and socializing areas. Will return on future trips.

High standard level of service

Perfect stay and very warm, welcoming and helpful staff. Had to unexpected go with 2 small kids alone and staff was so attentive during our stay. I got help to pay for a cab (as the machine did not work and I arrived without money) and also extended my days with a lot of flexibility. Hotel overall is for sure 4 star, but for us service was 5 star from the staff. The only issue we had in our room (suite 6 floor) was internet connection. It may not be an issue on other floor / rooms.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, which makes it really easy to access. The atmosphere is calm, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and kept very clean. We had a great time enjoying the variety of options at the breakfast buffet, which offered something for everyone. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. However, one small downside was that the room service didn't replenish the coffee and tea supplies daily, which would have been a nice touch. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we’d definitely consider returning. Let me know if you’d like any other changes!

The property was in great condition. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was amazing. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent. We particularly liked the ceviche. While not in downtown Lisbon, it was an easy commute by train with free parking at the train station. The hotel is in the heart of Portugal’s Silicon Valley.

They charged us 17 euros because we asked for a room with balcony. Nice stay if you have a balcony. Other than that it’s too small, bathroom doesn’t have a fan and carpet is not the cleanest

A great find with the price we paid! We were not having a high expectation with the price we paid. But we were surprised with what we got. The free parking space is huge even in American standard and I do not have to struggle to back in like in other places. The breakfast are wonderful and included! If you have a car to visit Lisbon, this will be a great choice to base your car here and then Uber or taxi to the city. About 20 mins to the city center. We had a wonderful stay and actually extended for one more night after first night. Weill return definitely!
