This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve never been too. The rooms are poorly maintained. You can smell the mold and humidity. Even though they have air conditioners, the window in the room does not open, so all humidity from the shower is trapped in the room. The carpet was so dirty, it disgusting. Although the location is great to get downtown(city center) and staff was friendly. I would never recommend this hotel. I’ve seen some hostels that were cleaner than this place. I wish I had taken some pictures, anyways it’s a 3/10 for me.

A great spot to stay to explore Lisbon. You are not right in a touristy area yet it’s not too far to walk “downhill” to the major sites and then bus 760 easily brings you back uphill stopping right outside the hotel! Staff were great, and helpful getting things fixed that weren’t working! Great value - I would definitely stay at “Stay” again!!!

Good place for a short stay. Solo travel or for a couple just looking for a place to sleep. We only spent one night. Good stay, not in the most touristy or popular area of Lisbon but close enough to stuff. Thanks!

Room was decent for a weeks stay. Bed was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the floor was dirty and never got cleaned during our stay. Staff was great and very helpful to us all the time! 760/767 busses are right in front of the hotel. The view from the 5th floor was amazing (the elevator not so).

This hotel is well placed for access to buses and the Metro and the staff were very helpful in giving me directions and helping me plan journeys. The buffet style breakfast suited me. A selection of cereals, fruit, pastries and drinks as well as hot options if you prefer.. The room was adequate, good quality bedding and air conditioning.

This hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Lisbon’s busiest tourist attractions, but there’s a 760 bus stop right at the door, and you can also easily take a taxi or Uber. The hotel offers 24-hour customer service, and the reception staff are very warm and friendly. They even provide some free fruits for guests, which is a nice touch. Although it’s officially a 2-star hotel, my experience was just as good as a 3-star stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to other travelers.

We received extraordinary service during our recent stay. Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their patience in explaining things and their willingness to help us resolve a problem completely unrelated to the hotel truly stood out. It was clear that they genuinely cared about our experience.

A couple staff members were nice. The hallway had a nasty smell. The carpet looked like there was mold growing . Staff did not vacuum the floors of the room. They did however do good with coming in and cleaning the bathroom of our room. The location was great, but overall cleanliness of the place was not great at all. It should be addressed.

Not bad.

Very close to the city centre either on foot or by bus. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned daily upon prior requests. Room had a peeling wall paper. Bathroom had no working ventilation. Not a bad place to stay though.
