Our stay at Hotel Moon & Sun Lisboa was truly enjoyable. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly pleasant and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was fresh each morning with a great variety of options to choose from. My husband and I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the breakfast here, they made your eggs fresh as you ordered. They didn’t change up the rest of the buffet though which would have been nice if you are staying for a few days. Staff that worked on breakfast were fantastic. The front desk was not too accommodating other than one , she was more than helpful. Biggest complaint was housekeeping. Had to ask on more than one occasion for fresh water and clean cups/glasses. Towels had rips and should be replaced as well as bed covers having holes. Hotel is in a great location. Lots of restaurants, metro right there and an easy walk to the water.

The room was small but adequate and it was what we booked so no surprises. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were able to open the windows to get fresh air since the AC was still not turned on. The breakfast was very good. It had a good selection of healthy options and they also made omelettes on request. Everyone from the front desk to the kitchen were very nice and that truly made for a pleasant experience.

We were here for a two week stay and I’m happy to say it’s a terrific little hotel in a prime location; short walk to the subway, with restaurants, bars and shops right outside your door. The rooms are modern, comfortable…and quiet! - this despite its location. The TV speaks English (important for us Americans), the bathroom shower is easy to use and has great water pressure. And the staff is outstanding! Highly recommend.
