Great hotel with minor issue

Hotel has great location. Reception was very helpful. Rod helped us with anything we asked. Room was a bit small but beds are comfortable. The only issue with the room is that at night when all lights are off, there is flashing lights coming from behind the TV likely from a router behind it. I would recommend for the hotel to move the router or enclose it in a box as the lights were annoying.

family of 4 ,the room super small. to top it off we had an issue with the flashing light from behind the tv all night.. it was fixed the next day and the hotel acknowledge the issue but we had a sleepless night and no discount was offer on the rate for that night.very different from Canada.we know that this was existing issue because there was a tape already that someone was trying to fix it before us. we will not return .

The property is very well kept and the staff is really friendly. Room is spacious and modern. Will definitely stay here again. Some body mentioned that the Rooms were hot but that is not true, the AC works wonderfully you just have to hit the tiny ON button on the thermostat. Great place

The Staff where polite and welcoming from the moment i arrived, the room was very clean and everything was kept to a high standard. I would recommend ataying here even though its a bit of a walk into lisbon unless you dont mind using the public transport

Stay during flight layover

We are only stayed one night but was a great experience. My daughter left her Beet headphones in the room and the cleaning crew found it and turned them in. The hotel emailed immediately and asked how we can get them back to us

Super stay at the Hotel Luena. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location with a super cafe on the corner and mini shop opposite. 3 mins to nearest metro line which takes you straight into the centre of the city or you can walk it in about 25 mins. Some traffic noise but we were in a room right at the front. Didn’t bother us. Would recommend for exploring the city.

Great overnight stop

It has a 24 hour desk which makes it easy if you need help. Everyone spoke English which was useful for us. Room was very clean. Shower was clean. There is a vending machine in the lobby for coffee. It’s not great coffee but it is good enough to get your day kick started. We did not do the breakfast but it smelled good. It is right across the street from a mini store that has the essential snacks and beverages you may need. If you don’t want to go across the street the room has a mini bar that is reasonably priced. There is a Chinese restaurant around the corner that has great food at great prices. We would stay here again. 10 minute Uber ride to the airport from here.

It was really mixed! They were so kind about my dog and as another person mentioned provide bowls and an adorable soft cushion. The staff was friendly and did what they could to assist. The location was pretty good, depending on what you want. I was looking to see if I wanted to move to Lisbon and this was a good neighborhood to figure that out, also it's cooler b/c the streets have trees and the buildings provide shade. It was very hot during our stay and for me this neighborhood felt 10 degrees F cooler. It is not as touristy and crowded as the city center neighborhoods. The beds are fine but hard and they dip, and not as comfortable as other places. The main complaint or problem is the AC in the room. If it was on it didn't matter what temperature I selected, it was freezing cold. I tried 18 to 23 degrees C and it was the same in the room regardless, even if I waited for a long time to let the temperature stabilize. It didn't matter if the fan was set to high or low, it was the same. If it was off, the room was sweltering hot and super uncomfortable. They said I was doing it wrong because it worked in all the other rooms. Possible. This was just my experience and it made for a very uncomfortable stay. So good in a lot of ways and ultimately it was fine for us. The room is really small but I don't mind that. There was a warm blanket and I slept with a hoodie with the thick blanket the second night, after burning up the first night.
