Property was clean and well maintained. Staff at front desk were efficient and kind. The doorman (I think his name was Tomas) was so helpful in getting us a lift to the cruise port. Fresh water was always available in one of the lounges as well as coffee & tea. The breakfast buffet was very good with an assortment of options. I loved the location. Definitely would recommend the Lisboa Plaza Hotel.

Clean, spacious room with a living area and nice view of the city. The bathroom was spacious as well with a powerful shower and good water pressure. There was bottled water in the room and breakfast was included. Breakfast itself was delicious and included quite the assortment of pot and cold selections as well as coffee and espresso. There was even sparkling wine included! We enjoyed the rooftop terrace, and all of the areas to relax on the lobby level. The hotel itself is in a very central location and the area is walkable. It’s a lovely historic property that has been well maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.
