I made a mistake with dates, she was very considerate to try to work it out for me to make the change. she also gave me alot of travel information to enjoy my trip - always answered my questions with a smile.

The staff could not have been any more friendly or helpful. The room was small but functional. It was arranged very well in order to maximize the space. We loved being able to open the balcony door for fresh air and to hear the city sounds but once we closed it there was silence. The location was great and walkable to many shops, restaurants and sights. We contacted the hotel ahead of time to inquire about tours. They arranged two fabulous private tours for the four of us to Sintra/Caiscais and Tomar. Our guides were excellent and the tours were wonderful.

The employees make this hotel, very kind and quick to help make your stay wonderful. The morning breakfast was great and on our last day they had 'breakfast to go' ready for us. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good stay at this property. It was affordable, close to Rosario Square and quite walkable! Our room was clean other than the shower which looked like it could use a good scrubbing in all the corners… but overall good stay and would recommend.
