We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is fairly basic, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The biggest highlight, though, is the location. It was perfect for everything we had planned in Lisbon, with easy access to the main sights, restaurants, and public transport. Getting around the city couldn’t have been easier. If you’re looking for a clean, well-located hotel that’s a great base for exploring Lisbon, I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms were clean. Looks like the Hotel’s going through renovation right now. Otherwise everything was OK. It was right in the center of Lisbon. Very easy to get around downtown or the Port area walkable actually from the Port area.

We had a lovely stay of three nights here. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. Bed very comfortable and a really nice buffet breakfast was provided. You can’t beat the location. We would definitely recommend! Thanks.

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great! But the best thing about this hotel is the location for the price you pay. You are in the center and can walk everywhere!! Can’t beat it!

The elevator is tiny (3 x 3 feet), so we sent our bags up and down and walked the stairs, if you have mobility concerns please note. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern, the soundproofing was good, with windows closed we didn't hear the noise from the street. The room was European sized, but comfortable enough. The AC was struggling to keep the room cool, were not fans of memory foam mattresses as they're a little sweaty for us, but if these don't make you sweat it felt pretty new and comfortable.
