Hotel Gat Rossio has a great location, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean, the sheets were wonderfully soft, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight—really delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The downsides were that the hotel is in an older building, both the room and bathroom were small, and there was no fridge in the room.

Clean room, great staff. Great location to everything including the train and metro with 5 minutes. Room was very basic did not have any amenities other than your very basics, soap and towels. Had the double standard room which was small. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Quality not that good however lots to choose from.

Great staff, great room, and GREAT location. Room cleaned every other day. Great restaurant recommendations from the front desk. AC worked great on some really hot days. You’re close to nearly everything worth seeing in the city. Tour pickup was a three minute walk. 5 minute walk to a very nice market where everything there is made in Portugal.

I was only there on an overnight layover, but i had a chance to have dinner nearby and explore a tiny little bit. Clean room, wonderful staff, great location - highly, highly recommend. I will for sure be coming back, this time for longer!

Great stay! The location was fantastic and made it easy to explore the city. Although the room was small, it had everything I needed and was very clean. The terrace was a lovely bonus and a great place to relax. I’d definitely recommend it to other travellers.
