Chose this location for our one night stay in Lisbon before heading to airport because the area is closer to the airport than the Rossio area. Was not aware it was around corner from designer stores. Clean room, but our room had a big post in the middle of it, which I thought was odd that they would rent that room out. Made a small room even smaller. I wish more hotels (this one included) could add side lighting to their bathroom mirrors for ease in makeup application. Did not get to take advantage of the buffet breakfast. They have a "honor bar" in the evening which was nice to relax in before heading off to bed. No tea kettle in room.

Stayed at Dom Carlos Park and had a great experience. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were a comfortable size, and the location made it easy to explore Lisbon. The staff were especially friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Traveled from Canada stayed for just under a week with a large group for a film festival taking place in Lisbon! I was able to book accommodations for everyone in the appropriate rooms very easily. Staff at the front desk were always warm, welcoming and helpful! The breakfast was very enjoyable every morning with great hours! The location was perfect for what we needed for the festival and was within reasonable walking distance to many city hotspots! I would stay again next time we visit Lisbon and will be recommending to anyone I know travelling to Lisbon in the future!

The hotel is nice although we had a problem with the shower…we were informed that the bathrooms are just about to be refurbished, so they can’t do anything about that. The staff is very nice, friendly and very helpful. Location is nice too, close to restaurants and shops.

The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast buffet is high quality, many options and delicious. The location is about 30 minutes walking distance from the tourism area (Praca do Comercio), or there are options for metro and bus. The room was small, but clean and comfortable.
