The room was small but clean and comfortable. The reception host was super welcoming and helped us reserve a taxi for the next morning since Bolt drivers cannot drive directly to the hotel front door. The location is excellent and walking distance to our Fado dinner reservation in Alfama.

The location is excellent—close to Miradouro de Santa Luzia and Manteigaria, the famous pastel de nata shop. Most attractions are within a 20–25 minute walk, including Praça do Comércio. The hotel itself feels very safe, the rooms are clean, and 24-hour coffee is a great bonus. Just keep in mind that this is Lisbon, and the Alfama neighborhood is known for its steep streets.
