The bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet. The location is perfect and walkable to everything. The staff were so kind and friendly. I would recommend the staff make sure to let guests know if a free breakfast is offered because we had no idea it was available! We highly recommend this hotel when visiting Lisbon.

Staff very nice and helpful. Room was very small and no space for 2 to move around. Bathroom was not very private. I bumped my head getting out of bed because of the dormer window which was small and let in very little light. It was also very clean.

This hotel is in the best spot in Lisbon. All attractions are within walking distance, and the Metro at the entrance to the hotel. The staff were friendly and answered all questions that were asked. The room was a lot larger than expected.
