Avenida Park was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is currently being renovated. I really enjoyed the breakfast bar being included. The staff was very helpful for local transportation and directions. It is conveniently located near the Metro and bus line. It is also located across the street from a large beautiful park. It is doors away from restaurants and drinking establishments. I would like to stay here again on my next visit to Lisbon.

Hotel is clean. Sort of outdated. The rooms are big with high ceilings, lots of old wood trims, beds not super comfortable. The bathroom was so small you have to enter to be able to close the door. The location is next to a park but a decent walk to get to any main areas. At least 20-30 mins. Also about 10-15 min walk to the train to get to the airport. I would choose somewhere more central next time but I enjoyed my stay!

Our room had a refrigerator that was not working well and when I mentioned it to the staff they said there are no extra ones Our shower backed up every time we used it. Mentioned it to the staff and we were left extra towels to assist with us cleaning it up. Breakfast was amazing and well ran. The food was delicious and it was a spacious dining area. Very well situated hotel which made it easy to get around. Staff were very polite and helped whenever they could.

Room was nice, staff friendly and helpful. I would have preferred early check-in but they did stow my luggage and offered me breakfast prior to check-in time, so that was lovely. Good location near the park and metro stop as well. I would consider staying there again.
