While this hotel is well located near the train station and airport, the building itself is in need of significant updating. The lobby and bar area have been remodeled and provide an airy, pleasant atmosphere. The hallways and rooms however are tired and outdated. The price point was high, in my opinion, given the quality of the rooms and the distance from tourist areas.

Breakfast is very good and staff are excellent. Room is clean but some lights are not working, also the cabinets and drawers are quite old. Amazing Customer Service! The hotel crew and front desk were amazing and willing to help. I had an issue with my bed because of back problems, it was an extra bed since we were in 3, and the front desk and the crew replaced it almost immediately. The staff were friendly, helpful and very conscientious from the front desk staff to the bartenders to the housekeepers. I found the front desk staff and bartenders very helpful, proud of their country and always willing to travel tips and a local perspective. I was impressed by the housekeeper's hard work and honesty. I accidentally left my safe open and upon returning to my room, all the contents in the safe were untouched.
