The hotel staff were very nice and our room was modern, clean and well organized. The breakfast room is large and has a lot of variety, so a great way to start the day. It also has a TV to watch news, if desired. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path (about 15 to 20 minutes’ drive from the waterfront), but since Uber and Bolt rides are so affordable, those were an easy way to get around. The street is very quiet and there’s a bank on the corner. If in Lisbon again, we would stay at the Holiday Inn Express Lisbon - Plaza Saldanha again!
