We had a nice handicap room. Bare bones, but we don’t need much. I wish they had an Ice Machine to get ice for my meds.

Very late breakfast, starts at 8:30, so inconvenient except for the people spending all night drinking and coming in to wake everyone between 1and 3am. Very loud disappointing experience. I usually like hostels.

The pics on the website present a far brighter picture than what you get when you are there. We thought we were getting a quad bunkbed person room with a private bathroom based on the website description. What we got was a quad person room with a loud clickety fan, windows that were so large that when opened, we were afraid that someone could enter in (lower part was covered in bars) and shared bathrooms across the hallway. Floor was not clean as we felt something under our bare feet. That dirty old fan with a clikety sound drove us nuts all night so we opened that window partly to get some ventilation in. The upper bunkbeds were actually missing metal spring connections and wooden slats making us hope it would not fall down over the lower bunk bed. The cot cupboard was a pole between 2 sides of the wall with 2 coat hangers, and had cubbies across the other side for blankets. The sheets were very clean. Bfast was so so, most watery yogurt I've had for a while and the orange juice did not taste or have any texture of any orange juice. Coffee was good as were the toast bred. Now I realize that it's a hostel and not a 5 star hotel, its just that the pics and description on the website did not match to what is actually there. Think of it as expectations not being met. The price was good, and I'm sure if you are backpacking that its a nice place to stay, just not for our family of 4.

A Pousada tem uma localização boa, embora fique longe da estação de metrô e autocarro. Os quartos são bons, mas não tem cacifos com chaves para guardar os pertences. A acústica dos quartos é muito ruim. Então escuta tudo que falam, andam. Um horror.

O quarto é espaçoso , cama muito confortável e atendimento excelente na recepção. Fica bem próxima da estação de trem e metrô. A rua é bem tranquila e silenciosa. Café da manhã muito simples porém gostoso. O banheiro não era dos melhores , o chuveiro ficava desligando o tempo todo como forma de economia de água e o vaso sanitário estava meio solto. A limpeza do banheiro deixou muito a desejar.
