Room provided was clean providing the required amenities and with a great view of Parc Eduardo VII. Hotel located centrally with easy access to restaurants, shops etc. Room was quiet and well lit. I had a wonderful stay at HF Fénix Lisboa Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special... they remembered my daughter’s birthday, and when we returned to our room we were surprised with champagne and a delicious cake. This thoughtful gesture made our trip truly unforgettable. The hotel’s warm hospitality and attention to detail really stood out.

The staff were super helpful and very knowledgeable of how to help us get around . Very friendly. The room was clean and anytime I asked for towels they were more than accommodating. The breakfast was top notch . So much food and a lot to choose from. I would definitely stay there again. Oh and the location was amazing. Close to bus stops the metro also . 5 star hotel .
