Lovely room and the front desk staff were super friendly. VERY hilly area and lots of stairs in the property, if accessibility is an issue.

The hotel is small but quite unique in design and free breakfast. Rooms are quite spacious with nice hardwood floors. The one challenge is the very steep road and walk to and from hotel, assuming you have luggage. Only cabs can have access to front door access which were used. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be near Lisbon old town sites.

I had a wonderful 3 night stay a few weeks ago Highly recommend this hotel Breakfast was delicious with many beverage and food options Lots of fresh baked pastries also Coffee, tea, cake, cookies and fruit are available 24 hours in the breakfast room The room was spacious and modern The hotel is small but has many nice touches A very central location, a short walk to everything All the staff were friendly but I must say something about Ian, one of the front desk staff members. This young man helped me immensely throughout my stay there I had booked some activities before arriving and a very jet lagged, non tech me struggled to contact and confirm some of the activities as my number had changed Ian called ,emailed, made many helpful suggestions and generally helped just made my first few days in Lisbon a wonderful experience Thank you Ian:)

Great stay in Lisbon

Great boutique hotel in a very central location, included breakfast. Nice siting area with coffee, sweets, etc. Not the most soundproof but that was a minor issue. I’d recommend and would stay here again.

Best boutique hotel we ever stayed at! Israel and all the staff could not do enough for us! Place was so clean and the breakfast was huge! So many offerings! The tea and coffee and cake and cookies at 2:00pm was a nice add on! Breakfast should be earlier than 8:00am!

Don't judge a hotel ....

Was an overnight stay, would not have found it but for the help of a taxi driver. Didn't realise that FLT stands for Feels Like Home. Outside looked run down but once inside the accommodation was beautiful and very clean. Check in was easy and the person was very helpful in directions and also ordering a taxi for me for the next morning.

Loved the Hotel, decor and service. Great breakfast. The hotel originally was an Lithographic printing house and the Owners have subtly kept some of the features of this in the decor which I personally loved. If travelling with a lot of heavy luggage beware that there is no direct to front door access to the hotel for cars or Uber drop off and pick up so you need to be prepared to carry your luggage between 250 and 100 meters up hill or down hill to the hotel door from the nearest drop off point. This is typical for Lisbon . Staff were very helpful and the area was great - I would go back for sure.

The hotel was located in the perfect area, without being too disturbed with outside noise. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were quite fresh and had very new and modern bathrooms. Unfortunately rooms on the first floor are half under ground, which was not clear. It felt quite claustrophobic. We also attempted to contact the staff and service multiple times as they confirmed our request for the top floor when booking 6 months in advance. Disappointed with the lack of response and service at our multiple attempts.

Super Lage Super Team Das Hotel liegt zentral aber perfekt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße dadurch ist es ruhig. Wir kamen um Mitternacht mit dem Hoteltransfer im Hotel an, die Rezeption war noch besetzt. Die Eingangs-Türe lässt sich aber auch problemlos mit dem Zimmercode, den man zwei Tage zuvor per Email bekommt öffnen. Das haben wir an den anderen Tagen so gemacht. Den Display aktiviert man quasi mit der ersten Zahl. Anfangs Skeptisch aber es ist praktisch! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Betten bequem sowas ist mir sehr wichtig. Das Team ist hilfsbereit und freundlich, spricht ein gutes Englisch. Unser Rückflug ging erst am Abend. Sie stellten unsere Koffer in einen abgeschlossenen Raum. Beim Abholen gabs sogar noch einen Kaffee und frischen Kuchen. Das ist ein Service! Da wäre noch zu erwähnen, dass es immer frisches Trinkwasser in Glasflaschen gibt. Dieses Hotel kann man wirklich empfehlen! Unser Lieblingsrestaurant war das Toma Lá Dá Cá (schweinebäckchen mit gratinierten Süßkartoffeln 12,50€)
