Apartamento agradável confortável e bem localizado

A localização é sensacional, perto de tudo mas numa rua tranquila. Ruido zero para dormir, fácil de chegar a qualquer ponto de Lisboa. O apartamento é muito bom, peca em pequenos detalhes: 1 das cortinas necessita troca, não tem micro-ondas embora tenha um excelente fogão indução com forno elétrico, ventilação do banheiro pode melhorar

La situation est très bien, très bon accueil, l appartement est bien équipé et spacieux. Le quartier est calme. point négatif: l odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain, nous étions obligé d'aérer l appartement.Attention, il n y a pas de spa dans cette résidence.Bien lire les frais important à régler sur place, qui sont importants, je conseille de vous les faire confirmer avant votre arrivée

Unmögliches erreichen des Appartements ,nichts für ältere Menschen, ich bin so einer und wurde ja auch gefragt wie ICH es fand.Treppe zu steil und gefährlich,Koffer schwer nach oben zu bringen, wir haben das App. erst gar nicht bezogen,haben uns ein anderes Hotel genommen.Der Mensch,der uns das App. übergeben wollte,hat uns nach der Absage noch nicht einmal ein Taxi gerufen

Die Unterkunft selber und die Lage waren völlig in Ordnung und durchaus weiter zu empfehlen. Völlig inakzeptabel war das Personal und die weiteren Zahlungen, die plötzlich vor Ort auf uns zukamen. Man behauptete, keine Zahlung erhalten zuhaben, obwohl Expedia telefonisch bestätigte, dass wir diese geleistet hatten. Das Personal wurde ausfallend und drohte uns, setzte uns mit gepackten koffern auf die Straße, samt 3 kindern, die völlig geschockt waren! Das war eine komplett unzumutbare Erfahrung. Rückblickend hallt diese nun in Gedanken an diese tolle Stadt immer nach! Niemals würde ich jemandem empfehlen, dort Urlaub zu machen!!

Appartement tres bien situé et spacieux

Rien à redire sur l'appartement, cependant nous avions réservé 3 chambres et n'avions que deux chambres. Attention également au frais à payer sur place (taxe de l'appartement plus chauffage ....)

bien lire les notifications au moment de signer le contrat. le logement était mignon, spacieux et très confortable; mais à notre arrivée nous avons eu la surprise de doubler le prix de notre location en payant les taxes locales, le chauffage que nous n'avons pas utilisé, la location des draps et serviettes et surtout le ménage dont le montant s'est élévé à 60€ pour un logement où nous ne sommes restés que pour dormir et se laver...

Beware of the EXTREMELY HIGH extra fees

I booked an appartment for 10 days, with the following conditions: Room price: €502.00 10 nights €50.20 avg./night When I arrived there, I was appalled when they told me I would have to pay an extra of €365.00 for taxes, heating, room cleaning, changing towels, etc. It amounted to an extra of 60% on the advertised price, which sounds like an extorsion. In the end, I payed because I did not want to have my 10-day vacations ruined. But I was not happy at all. It was amazing that they charged me heating fee, but there was only one heating device in the entire 2-bedroom apartment. So, we were pretty cold inside the apartment, since temperatures reached 11ºC in the Lisbon winter. The apartment was new, and it was a plus. But the electric wiring failed when we turned in the heating, plus the oven or the microwaves. We had 2 or 3 general failures of electricity, which was a nuisance. When we turned the lights, 2 bulbs exploded. The apartment has no television, only a very small computer screen in the living room. The total price we paid was extorsive, considering what had been previously adjusted in the web-site; a 60% increase is not fair. But outside these problems, the premises were very new, well decorated and clean. The neighborhood is very good and I felt secure and homy in the apartment.

Super lejlighed midt i Bairro Alto

Meget fin lejlighed med alle bekvemmeligheder. Man skal dog tage højde for, at der løber ca 50% oveni den pris, som oplyses og betales til Hotels.com. Vi måtte således af med ca. 2000 kr. ekstra til hotelskat, Lissabonskat, håndklæder, sengetøj samt slutrengøring.

NO ES NADA DE LO QUE DICE LA OFERTA.

Expedia y la dueña del apartamento se hacen de oro a costa de los turistas. Nosotros alquilamos el apartamento por un precio y luego cuando llegamos allí tuvimos que pagar más de 80€ porque eso no estaba registrado en la oferta de expedia. La dueña nos dijo que no estaba incluido en el precio de expedia, porque así se ahorraba ella dinero para no pagar y en la web de expedia no quedaba claro si entraba o no en la reserva, al final es obligatorio pagarlo. Pero es un engaña bobos porque por ese precio puedes buscar un hotel mejor y más céntrico. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, pero cuando llegamos no estaba limpio aún y eso da muy mala sensación. La señora que nos acompañó, contratada, es muy amable y nos ayudó con el mapa, el parking... pero la dueña tiene mucha caradura. QUE NO OS SORPRENDA IR ALLÍ Y TENER QUE PAGAR MÁS POR UNOS SERVICIOS QUE DEBERÍAN ESTAR INCLUIDOS EN EL PRECIO.
