Excellent location...1.5 blocks from metro. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast buffet. Our Jr Suite was spacious and the shower was hot with plenty of water pressure. Overall, I would stay there again.

Overall, the stay was good. I would rate this place a 3 star, as some of the overall amenities were slightly lacking (faucet was a little loose, private bathroom wasnt totally private, bed was a lil springy. But the staff were excellent, the room was clean and we got free water which was awesome.

With a super location to explore Lisbon, the hotel provides luxurious comfort at the end of a day of walking. Our twin room was airy, bright and had everything you needed. Breakfast buffet was great and worth upgrading the stay. All staff we spoke to were very friendly and polite and sincerely wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Book it. You wont be disappointed!

The room was absolutely beautiful. I requested a room with a view of the city hall on the highest floor and received it. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of foods to eat. The staff are very respectful, knowledgable, and well dressed. I had no issues communicating in English. I would absolutely stay here again.
