Overall, the stay was good. I would rate this place a 3 star, as some of the overall amenities were slightly lacking (faucet was a little loose, private bathroom wasnt totally private, bed was a lil springy. But the staff were excellent, the room was clean and we got free water which was awesome.

With a super location to explore Lisbon, the hotel provides luxurious comfort at the end of a day of walking. Our twin room was airy, bright and had everything you needed. Breakfast buffet was great and worth upgrading the stay. All staff we spoke to were very friendly and polite and sincerely wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Book it. You wont be disappointed!

The room was absolutely beautiful. I requested a room with a view of the city hall on the highest floor and received it. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of foods to eat. We loved our stay here. The hotel is located right off the designer shopping district. We had a short walk from the metro( albeit uphill ) to the hotel. We had a spacious suite with a view of the city. Its a leisurely 15m walk to the city center where restaurants and shopping abound. This week-long trip coincided with my wife's birthday The day of her birthday we planned to get a bottle of wine on our walk back to the hotel, but the stores were closed. Imagine our surprise when, upon returning to our room, we found waiting for us champagne on ice, sparkling water, and something under a silver platter, which I declined to tamper with. I called the front desk to inform them of the apparent mistake, only to find out they research which guests will be experiencing a birthday during their stay, and send them a surprise! I now felt safe to uncover the dish (red velvet layer cake) and opened the envelope recognizing my wife's birthday, and thanking us for choosing their hotel. Best stay ever!

The room was clean and modern. There is no bar soap or Kleenex in the room. I asked for both and they said they would supply Kleenex but they did not. They do not have any face cloths so it is just liquid soap. The shower stall glass pane was not secured properly and I was alway concerns it might shatter each time I closed the shower door. The room I was in would not hold the clothes of two people. It was fine for one. The bed, linens pillows were very nice. With some attention to small things the experience would be much better.

What a lovely birthday surprise from the hotel! I didn’t mention that I was celebrating my wife’s birthday when I made the booking, but when we returned after dinner on her birthday, they had prepared a bottle of wine and a cake for us! Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. I booked a Deluxe Room, which was spacious and clean. The location is also great, with several excellent restaurants within walking distance.
