The climate control for the room worked great. The location of the hotel is good. I was able to find parking near the hotel on Sunday and was able to walk close by to take the Porto Metro to Baixo-Chiado and Chiado. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful.

The hotel was perfect,well located ,everything was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I could say is that the bathroom door is made of light-tinted glass and you can see very clearly from the other side, which is something to keep in mind if you're traveling with friends.
