Lovely hotel with very nice, helpful staff. Made my wedding anniversary perfect with a lovely surprise of a sweet treat, a lovely thought. Room was lovely and view was absolutely gorgeous from 18th floor, best feeling waking to a beautiful Lisbon sunrise! For location, although not central as such I feel it was perfect walking distance so enough to walk places an still have a calm and quiet place to stay. Shopping centre few minutes walk so its ideal if want to browse or grab a bite. Only slight let down was the pool which was freezing, couldn't even get in. And sauna/steam wasn't working so that was a let down. Apart from that perfect place to stay.

I have had the privilege of travelling to eight European countries, parts of Britain, and many islands in the Caribbean and found this property to be one of my two favorite hotels. It was immaculate and well maintained and every staff person we came in contact with was helpful and friendly (despite our very, very limited Portuguese). In a city where good food can be found nearly everywhere, we very much enjoyed the meals that we took at the hotel. If ever we visit Lisbon again, we will definitely stay at the Dom Pedro Lisboa.

Very clean rooms with perhaps somewhat traditional local design.The staff was overall very helpful. The location is convenient, but not close to downtown. But it's easily reachable by affordable taxis anyhow. Breakfast was a bit conventional and should perhaps be booked before to take advantage of the reduced price. We did not use the spa in the -5th floor, but again it seemed clean and convenient.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with great curtosy and hospitality. We enjoyed the pool, hottub and sauna. The room was beautifully appointed. The best kept secret is the #24 Tram that takes you to the shopping district of Baixa-Chiado. From there the #28 Tram will take you across the city to many tourist destinations and restaurants/cafes/parks. The hotel was clean, temperature controls responsive, staff friendly. A mall and other retail shops are jusr two blocks away. We stayed 7 nights and would gladly stay here again. Staff routinely switch to English after you great them with 'Olá'. Overall great experience.

They sent up champagne and cheese and fruit plate for the first day as a welcoming gift and the next day I was surprised with a bottle of champagne and dessert for my birthday. I will stay here again.

Very friendly staffs and excellent service. We had to leave the hotel at 4:30 am for the airport. Since their breakfast buffet doesn’t open until 6:30, they packed us breakfast sandwiches, drinks and fruit! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lisbon.

Dom Pedro was amazing

Everything was 5 Star about this stay including service and accommodations. A short drive to the airport and a short taxi ride to cuidad centro so it’s easy to experience the city but a comfortable distance to enjoy a quiet stay and have easy access to parking. The city views from the rooms are incredible.
