From the moment I arrived by rideshare, Diego and his team were ready to help, he unloaded my luggage and stored it while I explored the city until check in. When I returned, my luggage was already in my room. My room, 3A, overlooked a vibrant street and was exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well despite some late night street noise, the windows provided good soundproofing. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of pastries and fruit. The air conditioning was nice and cold too! 5 stars to Diego and Dalma Old Town Suites! I will definitely stay again!

Breakfast limited choice but there was enough, mainly continental style, only hot option was scrambled eggs. Rooms were excellent, clean and perfect for your needs. Check in was easy and the staff member was well informed and assisted us with advice on trip options etc. Only complaint is that when trying to get a drink one evening we were told the bar was closing (09:40ish) however we then overheard to waiter saying to others still in the bar it was ok for them there was still 20mins to go. Not a good look or good service

This small boutique hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff, particularly Daniel were most accommodating. We will return to this property. The breakfast looked fabulous but unfortunately we had to be gone both mornings before it opened at 8 am. My only suggestion would be to open breakfast by 7 am as many day tours have early start times. Thank you, Dalma Suites!

Such an amazing suite centrally located in old town directly in front of the tram 28 Line. Great view and layout which made it spacious for our family of four. Also, local restaurants did not disappoint. I would definitely stay here again.
