The staffs were friendly/informative; the place is located next to bus/metro station, giving easy access to public transits system, although it could be noisy sometimes. The room was very well maintained/comfort and spacy.

I only stayed for one night at Chalet D Ávila Guest House, but it was perfect. The staff was super friendly, gave good advice for things to see, the breakfast was lovely, the building really pretty, the room had a decent size and the bed was comfortable. If you don't mind sharing a bathroom, this is a brilliant place to stay.

Really cute and friendly place outside of the city center. I would definitely come again. My room was on the first floor which made me feel unsafe leaving the windows open. I didn't think to ask for a fan but I'm sure if they had one they would have offered it.

We loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom wasn't an issue at all very clean, and rarely busy. We'd stay again!

Beautifull place. The room have a nice light, comfortable bed. You have to share the bathroom but it is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very complete and the people that work there are very nice and welcoming. The place is Very well conected to Downtown with subway. And you have a beautifull park and museum in 10 minutes away (walking distance).

Can’t recommend this property enough! Great family room for a travelling family with a 3 yr old. Shared bathrooms were spotless. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Metro station right opposite front door so easy to access anywhere in Lisbon. Great stay!

Great location and wonderful stay

Such a lovely place in a great central location. Really helpful staff. Substantial buffet style breakfast and the option of a microwave and kitchen facilities for the rest of the time too. Would definitely stay again if in Lisbon.
