This is a lovely boutique hotel. The room (superior) was fabulous, the bed very comfy and the shower was one of the best ever in a hotel - powerful and hot! The staff on reception were very smiling and helpful as were the bar/catering staff. The only "quirky" bit was that breakfast was served in the Brown's Central hotel some 20 yards down the street - but it was a very good breakfast, well worth the walk! We'll be back next time we're in Lisbon.

Great location right in the heart of the town, also probably the flatest area. Metro servicing two metro lines a stones throw away. This made getting to restaurants outside the tourist zone simple. Easy walk to the river and really walkable to most of the tourist spots. All the staff were wonderful as well. 24 hour person at the desk which I like when getting back late. Just gives piece of mind. Room was nice but tight because the bed was a queen. The AC was great, which is important to me personally.

There is really nothing to not like about Brown's Boutique Hotel. It is very small...only 32 rooms. So, intimate family like feeling while visiting. All staff members were very friendly and helpful on all fronts and with all queries. The location is excellent in terms of taking in so many sites by foot traffic while also being very close to the underground Metro service and the historic tram service.
