Lovely chic Lisbon hotel

Loved Brown’s. Really great service and all public spaces were relaxing and stylish. The rooftop pool is such a fun departure for the city. We really enjoyed this hotel.

Amazing property, conveniently located by one of the best areas in Lisbon. Incredibly friendly staff! Rooms are beautiful, equipped with Smeg appliances. There was some construction going on at the front of the hotel, but that was not an issue.

The hotel was very clean and the room was well outfitted. The front desk concierge where not as helpful or informative. It would be nice if they welcomed you on your entry to the hotel, or had a list of restaurant recommendations, or services offered. There is a lot of opportunity here. Coming from a service background, the concierge service needs to be elevated and looked at. The basic offerings of a concierge where not presented here aside from a decent check in. They also should make an effort to introduce themselves or ask if they can aid in reservations or tour activities.

Very clean good location high end appliances and bedding. Great Jazz music night and old school 50 and 60 music. Many many coffee table books of all varieties and preferences. Staff very nice and spoke without fake concern really helpful. Great breakfast. Would stay again.

Shame major works were going on right outside the hotel so there was some noise. In the rooms there is a Marshall music speaker - not sure it’s a great idea unless you have very considerate neighbours. We had to go down to reception twice after midnight as the music was so loud from the room next door we could tell what song they were playing in our room! Good location, pool a definite bonus and breakfast was good too. The honesty bar was a nice touch too.

I rarely do reviews but I would like to say, the staff at Brown’s Avenida hotel are so kind and so good and helpful. They made my stay very pleasant. Oh the hotel is also super cute! I love how intimate it was. I’ll be back!
