Our room smells a sewer and noisy as the commom washroom right across our room. I asked the front desk the second night if they can move us but it says fully booked we stayed 5 nights and i have to put up with it unpleasant and sleepless night. The staff in the front desk need to have a good training for good hospitality. The only good thing is the location but bad service.

I specifically booked an all-female dormitory, but there is a male sleeping in this room. The room has the smell of a man too and he makes male noises as he sleeps. He snores.

Aside from being closely located to the Avanida Metro Station making a short walk getting to Roomoo, I was met by Mary at the desk who made everything so easy. Fluent in Porteguese and English, she was exceptionally helpful, pleasant, sweet, and knowledgeable in all aspects of her job. Thank you Mary, you made everything so easy.

The beds and pillows were clean and pretty comfortable, the rooms are quite small, bathrooms could be a bit cleaner not a bad stay for a few nights. There was no kitchen/fridge really for any food which is a bit of a bummer. Rooftop bar is gorg and overall seems like it is a nice hostel

The hostel is very close to a metro station and bus station, rooms and bathrooms are incredibly clean, the staff is very kind and speak a lot of languages! The only thing is the shower has very low pressure and it is very hard to wet long hair, it takes forever, and you have to push continuously to get it open again.

The staff checking in weren’t too pleasant, but were efficient at least. Stayed in a single room on this property. I was pleasantly surprised by the conditions of the room and the cleanliness. Location-10/10 anything you need to go to is walking distance or a train ride away. Staff-really nice and friendly and helpful Facilities- everything is paper thin. If you are sensitive to noise to be able to sleep, would not recommend. The locker bin where you store your belongings does not lock even with a lock.

Stayed in a 4 female bed shared room. Bed was nice, clean and spacious. A lot of noise from bathroom, and upper rooms, doors opening and closing , etc. Breakfast is an extra 6 euros and not so many options, but still.was good and comfortable if you dont have much time. You can stay until 11 am and work while you get endless coffee so I would advise to get their breakfast. Check in is long, as there is usually a line, also in the.morning for breakfast you'll have to get in line so go early if you can..same for check out. Overall good, nice location, close to Avenida metro. I arrived on a Sunday and there was dancing on the streets 2 blocks away.
