Great hotel. Excellent location, in the heart of it all but away from the noise. Breakfast is iamazing, lots to choose from - with an omelet station, fresh fruit daily, pastries, wine, fresh juices, water, yogurt, etc My only negative is the poor lighting at the hotel. There is a definite need for brighter lights and a microwave in the room.

Beautiful hotel and accommodations. Our room was fully furnished, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. Room was clean. But the AC doesn’t work well. The shower floor is very very slippery, I’m glad that no one was hurt. We put a do not disturb sign on and the cleaner still came in. It’s noisy, no soundproof. If you want a quick stay or are not planning to stay in the room long, then it’s a good option. Locations is great.

A really lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Very nice staff. Comfy bed, hot shower with good pressure. The breakfast was great with lots of choice and an area for getting an omelette made which is always nice. Coffee pods replaced each day in room for maker, which isn’t always the case and some pods of milk given (again, not common to find so thank you!)

Loved this hotel! The location is perfect, the hotel is clean and the service is excellent. We are a family of 4, and the connecting rooms worked perfectly. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the service at the bar was top notch. We especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning - great selection, lots of seating, and the service was very warm and attentive. Obrigado!!

The staff was beyond exceptional in every way possible. From the moment I walked in to the time I checked out, every member of the staff was willing to help make my stay memorable. Even a late night glass of wine at the hotel bar was great because I never felt alone or like a guest. I felt like family. I would recommend Bessa to anyone! By the way, there are sitting areas that are very cozy and inviting.
