A great welcome from the front desk team with a glass of port and pastel de nata! The hotel is in a great location for a first time visitor. Hotel is very clean and issue we had with the shower was resolved in super quick time. Although mattress is very very firm I would be happy to recommend for people to stay here !

Lovely quiet and clean hotel within walking distance of most attractions and public transport. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is good, especially the pastries and other sweet offerings. I would definitely stay here again when in Lisbon.

What a wonderful welcome to Lisbon...we were greeted by the friendly front desk who gave us a delicious welcome port and pastel de nata. Room was a little small but great.The breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold choices. Location was fabulous. Note: Hotel is on a pedestrian street so if you need to take an Uber you will need to walk a block to catch one.

Lovely Hotel, clean, nice touch welcoming Portuguese Custard and glass of port, free bottle of red wine and bottle water in room. Expresso Coffee machine, no milk provided. 20% food at at adjoining restaurant. Ok if coffee drinker but would benefit from supplying some tea bags and milk. Hotel noisy at night, as restaurants below putting away table and chairs and noisy early morning with the delivery of supplies. Hotel is central and easy to catch the metro, train or trams. This was our second stay at Behotelisboa. We loved it the first time and it didn’t disappoint. Room is nice size for the center of Lisbon. Very central location on a flat pedestrian only street. Breakfast was nice and fresh every day. Staff is super kind and welcoming. Will definitely stay again
