Family friendly hotel with very good facilities. We used two of the restaurants, the rooftop bar and the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and clean. Location is close to the Metro which makes it easy to travel around the city.

This is the best hotel to go with kids. We arrived to a bottle of wine and snacks for our daughter. On my birthday, they surprised me with a bottle of champagne and a small cake. In our check out, they gave me daughter a gift with activities for the plane. The staff is amazing.

This is a really good hotel. It’s in a good position for exploring Lisbon. A taxi from the Airport is about 13 euros. There is a fitness centre and a spa with a swimming pool. We really liked the rooftop bar! We were not too impressed with the breakfast however. In our two previous five star hotels we had omelettes and lots of other egg options made to order. That’s really the only negative to say about this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Altis Grand Hotel—so good that we came back twice during our trip, including after returning from Porto. We visited during Easter week, and the kids’ corner was such a thoughtful touch—our children absolutely loved it and kept looking forward to spending time there. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, even remembering our names, which made the experience feel very personal. We were also pleasantly surprised to find small gifts for our kids waiting in our room—such a kind gesture. My mom especially loved the stay as well. Great food, excellent location, and truly outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend!
