Central location. Clean space. Very nice staff (helped us with food and Fado reccomendations). Shops nearby as well as a variety of restaurants. Good for first time visitors. Did not have a chance to try restaurant.

Property was conveniently located in the Alfama area - a short distance from restaurants and shops as well as the baixa/chaido area. Staff was extremely responsive about air conditioning issues and fixed it immediately upon request. They also were helpful in locating outlets that were neatly tucked away out of sight but very conveniently located at the bed side. I’d definitely return

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was spotless, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, and my room was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully maintained. What really made this stay exceptional was the location. The hotel is situated in a terrific neighbourhood with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. It felt safe, vibrant, and was the perfect base for exploring the area. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the excellent service to the convenient location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Five stars!

This was the most wonderful hotel experience we’ve ever had in an incredibly beautiful luxurious room overlooking beautiful view! The staff was outstanding and went the extra mile to make our stay extra special. The location is prime for walking around and seeing everything in Lisbon. This is exactly what a city boutique hotel should be. I found AlmaLusa charming, comfy, and in a good location for exploring. However, you should know that because of the pedestrian streets, taxis can't pull up directly in front of the hotel. Drop off and pick up points are only a short walk, but worth keeping in mind if you're arriving with luggage. The real standout though, is the staff. Every single person was warm, kind, and helpful. The hotel and my room were nicely decorated, clean, and spacious, although the bathroom felt a little cramped. The reception area is also quite small, so don't expect a lobby or much of a waiting area, but I think that's part of the boutique hotel charm. I'd gladly stay here again.

This is a great small hotel, all the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar area is small but enjoyable, you can also sit outside. The food and service was excellent. There is a nearby covered parking areas and the Metro stop is 5min walk away

This hotel is ideally located to explore many of Lisbon's most iconic historic sights by foot. It's within a quick walk of the gorgeous Art Deco main train station, tram lines, and the subway. The front desk staff are delightful and very knowledgable. They gave us an excellent map and guided us to cultural events. Twice a week the restaurant next to the hotel holds a fado dinner with glorious music and a superb multi-course meal. We strongly recommend it.

Friendly helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. We had a superior room with really comfortable bed and high quality shower etc. Breakfast had a good selection. Located close to the metro which makes transfer to and from airport very easy and cheap (with a navegante card available from the machines at the metro station). Cathedral a short but steep walk away.
