Loved all the attention to details in this small hotel. It’s just on the fringe of all the shopping and dining, so sleeping is peaceful and the mornings are quiet. Just a quick walk to everything you might want to experience.

only stayed one night as in Lisbon for a meeting. Check in was fast and easy, very friendly staff at reception. The was very clean, large enough and well decorated. Bathroom very clean and the shower was great. As the weather was very poor we settled in the bar/restaurant for drinks and dinner. Again the staff could not have been better, very friendly and helpful. Dinner was very enjoyable. Breakfast was good and is a mixture of buffet and order some items as you wish. Would plan to stay again.

Overall very satisfied with the hotel. The staff in the reception were very kind and service minded 5*. Staff in the breakfast room appeared to be young and inexperienced. Provided passive service. 3* Breakfast buffet was sparse, considering the hotel's quality and price. 3* The room, room service, cleaning etc. was excellent. 5* The hotel is very centrally situated in the cosy Alfama area and close to shopping, small restaurants etc. 5*
