Rented a suite. Overall it was great, even a nice backyard area, great for relaxing. Only complaints were that the sofa is beginning to show its age, the TV screen was quite small and, like many places in Portugal, nobody thought about places to hang towels and garments in the bathroom. Still, it was nice, quiet and a pleasant experience staying in the historic Alfama area of Lisbon.

The location and the staff are excellent. The amenities are very limited. For example they have shampoo/bodywash but no conditioner. It's probably the most sparse hotel room I've ever been in. For us, it was all on because of the location, the price, and the friendliness of the staff.

The property was exactly as described - we had a double room, and room and bathroom were spotless. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was good. The property is located on the no 28 tram route (this starts at 6am and stops at midnight) not a concern for us but might be for some. Staff were very helpful. We found some really good small restaurants within 5 minutes walk of our accommodation. Would recommend staying here if visiting Lisbon.

Great Alfama location. Many dining options and convenient to tram 28. There’s an excellent cafe next door and good restaurants within walking distance. It’s a short tram ride to the center with great shopping and some of the best restaurants. The staff and accommodations are excellent. Highly recommended.

Very convenient location bang in the middle of Alfama, directly on the Tram route, watch out as you step out the front door ! Loads of interesting historic stuff all around, great area. The lady who checked us in was especially helpful.
