Everything was great about this hotel. I would definitely consider coming back , the only thing it was a bit loud too many kids because we had the ocean view facing the swimming pool . We had a great time staying there.

Staff were so amazing . I had been in the hospital for several days and had to stay close by after surgery. All the staff took great care of me and asked after me several times. My wife and I always stay here when we are in Lisbon. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was good in general. We enjoyed our vacation, but unfortunately there were a few negative things about our stay as well. We arrived a few hours before check in, we had to wait a while which wasn’t a issue for us. But we wanted to order some food since we were up very early, except that wasn’t possible since lunch was going to start in a hour. The second day we wanted to have some diner and order a la carte. When we arrived at our reserved table we were told that they only had ‘burgers and pizza’ available since they also had a buffet going on. Which was kind of weird and disappointing because I got an email from the hotel itself the week before with all the menus so we could check out the food beforehand and now we already had 2 times within 2 days where we could not order (all) the food. Breakfast is also kind of chaotic. Some of the food is in one place, the other food is at the other side of the breakfast hall. People constantly walking along the tables. The first time we came into the room we discovered a weird smell in the bathroom. We told the staff. Staff couldn’t notice the smell at first. The smell was still bothering us, so we went back to reception and they were so nice to change our room. Second room was fine. On the Expedia website it also says that the hotel is only “2 minutes” away from the beach. This isn’t true at all. We had to Uber back and fourth to the beach which was a 10 minute drive. Besides that the staff was really nice and friendly.
