The property was very nice and the staff was great, very helpful. Juan was AMAZING, he was super helpful locating us places to eat, making us reservations and providing us information on where to go and how to get there. This is a lovely hotel, ideally located near shopping and restaurants. Our room was spotless and hugely spacious for a suite. The bed was comfortable. Our room had its own balcony with seating and lovely views, and we were right next to the rooftop bar, which also had wonderful views. Overall, a terrific hotel and we’d definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. Staff was really helpful and Tiago had great food suggestions. Whole staff was helpful and very friendly. Rooms were good size but needed more electrical outlets in the room. All in all it was. great vacation.

The room was quite large with high ceilings which was very nice. The staff were incredibly hospitable, breakfast every morning was always consistent and had a wide selection. The hotel is within walking distance to a collection of restaurants and nice points if interest sites, including a beautiful view overlooking the city. I’d highly recommend staying here as it made me want to visit Lisbon for a longer stay.
