The staff were lovely, check in was a really smooth experience and they were friendly at the front desk every time we went past them. The breakfast was yummy but lots of things ran out at various points i.e. no eggs, then no hash browns, but the food was good. I did not get a chance to use the spa facilities. The bed was SO comfortable and the shower was great - I wish I could have spent more time in the room.

Breakfast was ok but lacked fresh fruit, the property needs a refresh and fridges in the bedrooms (although one was supplied on request) No air con but that's normal for the UK. The room was clean and the sports bar was ok - spacious and quick service with pool tables and tvs to watch sport.
