“Everything was excellent. The hotel was extremely clean, the room was spectacular, and the food was delicious. But the best part was the outstanding service from the entire staff, especially Melody.
I had accidentally left some belongings at another hotel, and Melody went above and beyond to help me. She contacted the other hotel, coordinated everything, and made sure my belongings were picked up and delivered directly to my room.
Truly an incredible hotel and an exceptional level of service....
