“We recently stayed at Longs Inn in Woburn for one night and, unfortunately, were quite disappointed. The property is in need of some updating and, overall, we found it looked tired, outdated and rather scruffy. Our bedroom had clearly been dusted and hoovered, and the bed itself was comfortable, but the furniture was very old and the room generally felt like it needed some investment. “The check in process was really quick and easy, friendly staff. The room was clean, nice Tassimo machine for coffee, cups and saucers were on the very bottom shelf, not easy to get to with mobility issues. Room view was fabulous, sat there late at night with a nice beer, relaxing after a long day of travelling and working an event, amaaazing. If am up that way again will defo stay there again”

“Liked everything about the hotel. Keep on doing what you are doing. Only thing I would change is the menu was a little limited and if you didn’t much care for the food on the menu you are stuck. Also the walls were a little thin so all sounds carried I could hear people talking in the room next to me. Beds were really comfortable .”

“On arrival they told me we couldn't dine there that night. I pointed out that I didn't travel hours to a remote hotel just to sleep there. I asked to see the manager and was about to demand a refund when they decided I could be squeezed in.
