“I spent two nights here and both were without any heating in freezing minus 4 weather. I asked 5 times for a solution nothing given. I was given a broken heated and my room was not even cleaned. I had to make my own bed and the bedding did not even fit the bed. I had two terrible nights sleep in freezing room with uncomfortable bed. Never again. Do not recommend to anyone. ”

“Good value, we stayed one night in the small cabins. Perfect for a layover to get to the airport and visit the city.”

“Todo aceptable, accesible y buena atencion”

“The wellness experience was very pleasant. The gym had everything, including views and energy drinks for sale. I’ve never seen this in a Canadian or American hotel.

“Good location with easy public transport access. Super well-kept hotel even for its size.”

“Excellent cosy hotel, with spacey and clean rooms, nice breakfast, and a bar with a great atmosphere!”
