The hotel was very clean, multiple choices for breakfast. Rooms were clean and maintained well. Staff was friendly. We did not use the pool, so can’t comment on that.

One night stop going south

Exterior somewhat discreet and bland while reception, room, restaurant and the pool incl sauna where really nice! Corridors and the lift are dated with visible wear. Ah, the room door closing springs are quite stiff, so they will slam shut if not assisted. Good breakfast even though we found a little bit spread out, so an initial full lapse of viewing is recommended. Free coffee in the reception and some chairs/tables outside of the entrance (seem to work as a smoking area as well) Plenty of parking at the hotel but it's a shame you've to pay for it. The location of the hotel more or less will have you driving. Gas station next door, a fast food bar and a shopping center close by if you want food options to the hotel restaurant.

I would say the room was lot very clean because I found a used snus Àr b the floor next to the bed and after I had showered ihad a lot of small sandy particles on my feet, had to use hand towel dampened to wipe over the floor to make it more comfortable, Drain was very slow to remove water in the shower and even worse in the sauna area showers. Definitely needs cleaning properly, The staff were very nice and very helpful with any questions I asked.

Dirty pool and next to petrol station

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We chose it because it has a pool so the kids would play a bit. But they have a booking system to use it as it’s so small, so we couldn’t use it! There’s no info about this in their website which is terrible really. The hotel is right next to a petrol station, which is far from charming. We managed to get a slot for the pool next day in the morning, and the pool was super dirty! The “play rooms” are really basic and sad looking. Pretty low standards considering it’s a Scandic. Never again!

Old hotel by the road

A rather old hotel by the road. At least during the holiday season, there are a lot of families with children and it is quite noisy. You cannot come to the hotel without a car, so parking should be included in the price.

Das Hotel ist bestens gelegen am Stadtrand, mit guter Anbindung an Bus. Sehr sauber, ruhig und das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet ist unglaublich! Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte etwas herzlicher sein aber das liegt vielleicht auch an der schwedischen ZurĂŒckhaltung. War sehr zufrieden, wĂŒrde wieder kommen.

Bra hotell med bra lĂ€ge om man Ă€r pĂ„ genomresa sĂ„som vi var. Över medel nĂ€r det kommer till rummets standard och frukostbuffĂ© för den hĂ€r kategorin hotell. Som gammal LiU-student vĂ€ckte rundvandringen i Ryd nostalgiska minnen och sĂ„ klart blev den en mosbricka pĂ„ nĂ€rliggande Statoil, förlĂ„t, Circle K.

Helt ok

Helt okej, inget speciellt. Sov bara dÀr en natt och utnyttjade inga av bekvÀmligheterna (restaurang, gym etc etc). Rummet var rent och rymligt. Det enda jag mÀrkte var att det var kallt i rummet, inte katastrofalt kallt men ÀndÄ kyligt.

TvÄ sommar nÀtter i Linköping

Vi stannade tvÄ nÀtter. Absolut inget att anmÀrka pÄ. Helt och rent med bra sÀngar. Fantastisk frukost. Har varit pÄ mÄnga Scandic och detta var absolut ett av de bÀttre. LÀget passade oss perfekt men det Àr i utkanten lÄngt frÄn centrum. Vi fick betala för parkering och det kÀndes lite magstarkt med tanke pÄ att det i princip var ett industriomrÄde.
