Boutique hotel: a gem outside of the city centre

This boutique hotel provided excellent service from check in to check out. There is no onsite check in but the instructions provided were very clear. I appreciated that they also explained how to access the elevator. The room was very comfortable and the decor was on point for being a former military barracks building. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Being able to customize it was wonderful! Coffee, espresso beverages and tea were all available round the clock. The hotel is outside of the town centre which, for some, would be a drawback but I really enjoyed the 26 min walk to the town centre via pathways and gardens. I used public transit from the train station with my luggage and it was straightforward with no transfers and the stop is close to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice historic hotel, but a little quirky!

Door key code is emailed but the process ti unlock and locked the door is fiddly. Breakfast is also different, again via another email for a standard breakfast or if you wish you can request something special from the list, the breakfast is then left in a Browne paper bag in the breakfast room fridge with your room number on the next morning. Parking also has to be paid for as it’s a public car park just outside the hotel.

Dock Àr frukosten ett skÀmt. Jag förstÄr att man vill göra nÄgot av en möjlighet att ge frukost men jag tror att 90 % utav era kunder. Skulle uppskatta att kunna vÀlja bort frukost alternativ dÄ en pÄse med buller och ost och skinka in Vera i servetter inte Àr tillrÀckligt för i princip nÄgon. Ni Àr fantastiska och det Àr ett utav de boende jag helst kommer tillbaka till mig nÀra 90 hotellnÀtter om Äret men ibland vÀljer jag bort det alternativet bara för att magra frukost alternativ. Det stÄr klart att det hade varit bÀttre tydligt skrivit. Vi kan inte erbjuda frukost dÄ hade man inte köpt grisen i sÀcken eller i bruna pÄsen som Àr serverar sig smiley.
