The location is good, but the traffic noise is quite loud. I woke up in the middle of the night due to nighttime loading and unloading by delivery trucks. In addition, the exterior walls are currently being repainted or repaired, with scaffolding in place. The single room is very, very small, and you can clearly hear people talking in the corridor. There were also some strange noises from the bathroom, possibly from the water pipes or ventilation system. The room was a bit cold but temperature could not be adjusted. Breakfast is good, but I will not stay here again.

In front of the hotel food and drinks were served by different bars and restaurants for a couple of hundreds of guests; (live) music was played. The level of noise did not allow for a restful sleep at night. We would not have made the booking if we had known this prior to our arrival. The quality of breakfast was simply disappointing.
