Jeder Zeit gern wieder.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Internationales Personal, top organisiert, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Restaurant/ Speisesaal modern, gemütlich, stielvoll eingerichtet. Die Lobby lädt ein zum verweilen. Tolles Spielzimmer für die kleinen. Leider konnte ich aber über die Hotels.com App kein Familienzimmer buchen/ finden.

Das Hotel ist in einer guten Lage, leider ist die Inneneinrichtung ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Personal ist immer freundlich und bemüht, aber leider zu wenig um dem hohen Gästeaufkommen gerecht zu werden. Leider ein Problem in der heutigen Zeit, wofür das Hotel nichts kann, aber insgesamt dadurch im Preis-Leistungsgefüge nicht ganz stimmig. Schade, weil Potential für sehr gute Bedingungen ist vorhanden.

Durchschnittliche Unterkunft mit guten Frühstück, wenn auch ohne Crossaint oder anderem Gebäck. Das Milchbehältnis sollte gereinigt werden. Rest war super! Die Aktivcard war für uns sehr praktisch und mit tollen Erlebnissen verbunden.

Wenn man es ruhig möchte ist es die perfekte Lage. Angebot im Hotel ist wirklich spitze. Pool und Spaß für Kinder ist gegeben. Das Abendessen war auch gut aber sehr unorganisiert. Leider war das Essen immer leer.

Sehr nettes Personal, für uns (Großstadtbewohner) war/ist auch der öffentliche Bereich super passend zur Umgebung gewesen (muss aber jeder selbst bewerten). Preis- Leistung unschlagbar - leckeres Frühstück - kostenloser Parkplatz - Außenpool - Innenpool - 2 x Sauna und Dampfbad inkl.! Natürlich muss man auch als Gast Kritik zur Verbesserung geben und das waren für uns die Betten :-). Kommen sehr gerne wieder, liebe Grüße!
