The staff were excellent , very polite and helpful The room was very large and comfortable . My only criticism was the AC , not able to cool the room although they were kind enough to provide a portable fan The breakfast was very good , the Bakery next door was handy and a few eating places nearby The bus stop is only 1 minute away and a 10 min walk to a swim park where you can swim in the lake or use the outdoor pools for 6 Euro

I like to stay in this hotel when I was in Lindau. This time I spent 3 nights there. The room is very spacious and comfortable. However, the disappointment thing was the shower. Sometime the water temperature is super hot and sometime is super cold. I needed to turn on and turn off the water in every 10 seconds. Unstable water temperature made the shower experience very bad. The rest is good.

Staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. No issues. The hotel is abit remote if you like walking and exploring around, it is located almost in an industrial estate, there is a large McDonalds nearby.

Dieses ist kein Hotel, sondern ein Motel, welches direkt an der Autobahnabfahrt gelegen ist. Das sog. Restaurant hat nur Pizza. Mit dem Auto ranfahren, einchecken, schlafen, abfahren. Idyllisch gelegen zwischen einer Großbäckerei und einer Tesla Auflade-station. Keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Keine Erholungsmöglichkeiten, Lieblos grau gestrichen, schlafen und weg.

Für eine Übernachtung ist das Hotel akzeptabel, für drei Nächte würden wir es nicht mehr buchen. Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings erfolgt die Zimmerreinigung erst ab dem vierten Tag. Frische Handtücher mussten wir nach zwei Tagen selbst an der Rezeption anfordern. Bei unserer Anreise lagen zudem nur Handtücher für eine Person im Bad bereit. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde auf weitere Handtücher im kleinen Schrank verwiesen, muss man erst einmal selbst herausfinden. Der Safe im Zimmer war defekt und funktionierte nicht, was offenbar vor unserer Anreise nicht kontrolliert wurde. Bei Freunden, die ebenfalls im Hotel übernachteten, war beides ebenfalls so. Enttäuschend war die Fahrradunterbringung. Trotz schriftlichem Angebot eines abschließbaren Raums vor Anreise wurden wir auf einen offenen Außenstellplatz verwiesen. Erst nach erneuter Nachfrage wurde uns der Fahrradraum angeboten – zusätzliche Gebühr 8 EUR pro Tag! Für Fahrräder haben wir noch nie Gebühren bezahlt (plus PKW 15 EUR pro Tag) und das in einem Industriegebiet. Das Frühstück war insgesamt eher durchschnittlich. Rührei war enttäuschend und wirkte wie ein Fertigprodukt aus der Packung. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist die Lage: Gastronomie oder Restaurants sind nicht bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals hab ich auch schon weitaus besser erlebt.
