Great budget motel at a calm and quiet location. The best thing is its still 5 minutes from the heart of lincoln. The facility is clean, well kept with a privacy quite unmatched! The management always provides quick support which is refreshing. I have been a regular for 3 years, and plan to keep going back. Dont forget to ask for your favourite room ; they always try their best to accomodate request.

We had stayed here several years before, and we were just as pleased this stay as the previous one. The motel is conveniently located to Lincoln, N. Woodstock, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, and other attractions. The motel was clean and quiet. We would be happy to go back if we are ever in the area again.

This motel was very clean and in a great location. The only issues i had were uncomfortable mattresses, not enough pillows and hornets surrounding the pool area. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Fabulous location near every attraction one could want to do. Staff were friendly and the property had an amazing view. Our room was spacious, bed was wonderful. Plenty of towels and pillows which almost one never gets at any stay, anywhere. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at Parker’s . We booked at last minute during peak fall season and were still lucky to get at reasonable rates compared to their other competitors in neighbourhood. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, special mention to Front desk staff named Zakir who was very friendly, professional, nice and helpful, he greeted us all, we booked 2 rooms as we were family of 5 plus 2 infants. Zakir took great care of us by providing 2 big rooms together, greeted everyone well, took great care of us next day at check out. This Motel is at great location for all activities in white mountain , very close to everything. Would love to come again
