Expedia books the lowest quality rooms and states they have views. The staff at Indian Head upgraded us to a beautiful room with lake and mountain views, a fireplace and an easy walk for dining, pools, hot tubs and sauna. Call the resort before you book through Expedia to confirm.

Property is now a patchwork of repairs and bandaids". Okay for price but we had to move 3 times to different room. 1st because door wouldn't close because of moldings falling off. It was a charming mountain hotel, we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and the breakfast buffet. Staff was very nice and helpful and the room was spacious enough for 3 people with ski gear. Gorgeous view from massive wall of windows in the back of the building. We'll be back!

Room are clean, but dated. When I booked a room I had no idea it would be across the street. Which made accessing the amenities more difficult, not really a big deal. Parking was a bit of an issue with the snow and ignorant people. I will book again as I believe the staff is very helpful and try their best.
