Stayed for 1 night, large clean room with easy access to town via foot or bus, diy breakfast works , mattress could of been better and a little noisy as close to the road, but good value for a no frills quick overnight stay

Anniversary break

Good budget hotel, staff friendly, breakfast good, good kitchen if you needed to use it, will go back there next time am in Lincoln.

Basic but clean!

The accommodation was basic but clean, which means a lot to me! Good size shower and a more than adequate continental style breakfast

Stayed here as we had a very early hospital appointment and we dont live locally, hotel its self is very good value and clean, but on arrival the remote for tv had a brocken back and was missing a battery so couldnt use it, also the bed is the worse mattress ive ever slept on ! It definitely needs replacing, also room number 2 is very noisy from the road, all day and night so take ear plugs,other than those 2 things its great value for money

Good size nice room. Private bathroom nice. Blinds were broken at the top so light was coming in. Continental breakfast consisted of a box of cereal and 2 slices of bread each, plus some beans

we both agree it is a lovely hotel beautifully furnished and decorated, it has been a great pleasure staying here. The staff have been very pleasant and helpful.

Convienient

No check-in and no keys. I was simply send lock codes. Given that I was arriving and leaving at unusual times this was ideal. The room was basic but it had everything I needed, including a fan, which was great as it was a warm night. One parking bay per room. Breakfast was provided in the room, with milk and other bits in the fridge. Would definitnely stay again.

Private car park. Good location for bus into city. Spacious room with large shower cubicle. Lovely well equipped kitchen across the hall. Could hear the traffic from the road but it wasn’t that bad and ear plugs were provided if needed. Had a pleasant stay and would stay there again

Self check in, no staff at hotel. The room was clean, and there was a kitchen you could use. There was a basic minimal continental breakfast in room, best eat out if you have an appetite. No clothes hangers or any hooks in bathroom to hang wet towels. An acceptable stay for the money.

A Very Nice Hotel

We were wary about staying at the Hotel after seeing some bad reviews but were actually pleasantly surprised. The room we had, number 5, was large, pleasantly decorated and very clean. The same goes for the bathroom. There was some traffic noise from the main road but ear plugs were thoughtfully provided. The continental breakfast was adequate and replenished every day.The Kitchen/Breakfast room was very nice and extremely clean. We would definitely use again.

Hamiltons B & B stay in Lincoln

Visiting family before new year. Lovely single room with small en-suite but perfect for me. Everything I needed was available but in the kitchen, required more utensils for cooking. I got takeaway and used what I could, no problem with bowls/plates and kitchen appliances. Great spacious clean kitchen. Lovely place to stay, recommend.

I really enjoyed my night at this facility. It is close to the city and on my road. It's really nice and quiet around there and my room was spacious and clean. The only thing that wasn't working is the hook on the bathroom door, that needs fixing.

Room 2, Hamilton, 2 Hamilton Rd, Lincoln - 18/9/2025 Available parking was helpful, though tight against side & back wall. Room was noisy as it was at the front next to a busy main road. Funfair nearby also very noisy (not Hamilton’s fault, but did affect the experience). Had to have shutters closed in room all the time for privacy, made it dark and needed light on all the time. Huge orange outside light illuminated the room all night. Front door of property was difficult to keep open when bags were at the bottom of the 3 stairs so trickey to retrieve and keep door open. 2 seater in room was ok but it really needed 2 chairs and a table instead. Breakfast food was welcome. Room was clean and facilities worked ok. I would give it 3/5 or 6/10 and would look elsewhere if I stayed in Lincoln again as I didn’t get much sleep.

The property was easy to locate and the check-in procedure, with the codes provided was seamless. Parking facility, provided for each room, which is very ideal. The property is a walking distance from Lincoln Cathedral. The house and rooms were clean, and the continental breakfast was placed in the room fridge
