Main lobby had an unpleasant odor. Rooms were fine. Breakfast was nothing special. We only stayed one night. Definitely a hotel on the lower scale of things., fine for serving it's purpose of sleeping overnight and moving on.

It’s an okay place. The price was right and it wasn’t bad. Our tub drained very slow so you stood in the water while showering. Coffee was weak and itty bitty cups. The bed wasn’t overly comfortable, pretty soft. But it did have hot water. We didn’t stay for breakfast.

Overall, the price performance of this property was good. We were going to stay about 6 hours in our rooms due to an early flight out of LNK. We had 8 rooms and 5 of us had fully functioning satisfactory rooms. 3 had issues: one had a shower pull handle that was tricky to get positioned for temperature control; one had wet towels under the bathroom counter due to a leaking sink (345); and finally room 119 had issues that could not be resolved. Because the rooms were booked through Hotels.com (Expedia), the hotel could not compensate us for the less than satisfactory experience. As we were leaving at 5 am for flights home, we did not push the issue.

With this hotel moving to Wingate from its previous status, the rooms are very nice for a business traveller. The desks, bed, chair, etc were nice for a one-night stay, and the room was kept at a good temperature. At the same time, there were changes that were being made to the property, leading some things like the ice machine on the second floor to be broken. With how wonderful the manager and staff were, I think these will be resolved sooner rather than later. I'd definitely stay here again if I was traveling through Lincoln, so that's a great hotel in my book.
