We had a room right at the end of a corridor so it was very quiet considering there was a wedding there. The room was spacious and clean and the air con was great for such a hot weekend. The bed was comfy, the only thing we were missing was an iron and ironing board which would of come in handy. We will definitely stay here again.

Bentley in Lincoln.

Dont use hotels that often, but was pleasantly surprised by the Bentley in Lincoln, clean, easy to find, great staff good food, good price.

Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights break away. Clean rooms, nice food and friendly staff. The gym, pool and sauna were not in use during our stay, but that didn’t matter to us, as wasn’t something we had time for. Not to far from Lincoln town centre so days out were easy enough to coordinate

Okay but very tired. Staff excellent.

The staff were brilliant. The only lift was out of order. My room was large but very tired. Apart from reception the whole place needs a revamp. The spa was closed. The room was air conditioned which was vital as there was only one small opening window. I didn’t eat in the hotel but other customers seemed happy with the quality of the food.

The Bentley hotel is local to us about 2 miles away, on arrival we were warmly greeted and check in was very quick, as i said the hotel is close and this was just a night away from home. I choose a siute for a change and comfort and it certainly was we were spoilt in that siute everything was to hand and very comfortable. We choose to dine in the bar for a change the staff are so friendly the food delicious and well presented and they really couldn't be any more friendly and helpful.In the morning we had breakfast in the restaurant again the staff member was very helpful and explained everything to us, the breakfast was delicious and filling. The check out was very quick and pleasant, all the staff we had contact with were very pleasant and helpful and on the whole a very enjoyable stay

It was conveniently located for what we wanted which was a bed and food for the night. Nothing to really set it apart from other hotels in the area. Didn’t consider it value for money, but was paying with Expedia points so I’m glad it wasn’t hard cash.

Lovely hotel located just outside Lincoln city

Reasonably priced hotel with buffet breakfast included! Friendly staff, large rooms and great location if you're visiting Lincoln castle/city. Would definitely recommend and use again! Wish they had EV chargers but I'm sure they'll come in time.

Good family( spa, treatments, pool jucuzzi, steam room & gym. Good food in the restaurant. It's just a shames that all the internal bedroom & fire doors in the corridors bang really loudly, plus you get a lot of traffic noise on 2 sides of the hotel.

Although the hotel is dated, it was a comfortable stay. The room was large and had everything I needed. The pool temperature was cool but it didn’t stop me using the pool twice! The breakfast was ok, tasty sausages.

Staff Who Care

Staying one night to visit daughter for her birthday. Booked afternoon tea, which I didn't know they served, to celebrate. The service was first class by the member of staff who served us and we enjoyed the experience. I was asked by the reception when I booked the teas the day before arrival (couldn't do this online as the options are two or four people) if I wanted to pay on the card I had used for booking the room. This hadn't been done as there was a little confusion when I was asked for payment for the teas and I already thought I had paid. The member of staff at breakfast was first rate, friendly yet efficient. I would say the view from our room is a bit gloomy with an electric cable on the lawn but we weren't bothered by the busy road as we used the air-con.
