This hotel was awesome. It was right next to the national park. We loved going out and sitting on the river side to drink coffee in the morning. It is hot and humid but the air conditioner and dehumidifier worked beautifully. There is a fridge and coffee maker with provided coffee. No microwave, shampoo, or conditioner. There were plenty of dishes/silverware. My kids would have loved the place but my husband and I came alone. We would definitely return.

5 star Top rating for the location and amenities. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor. Maverick, the hotel front desk concierge, was very friendly and patient with us. He welcomed us on our first day and answered all of our questions. Maverick arranged all our tours with Andy for the night tour and Abel for the morning boat tour. Both did a fantastic job, but especially Abel, who went above and beyond on the wildlife tour. The location is quite safe, with staff securing the premises after a certain time. It is within walking distance of everything. My wife and I stayed for the weekend, which was more than enough time to complete all the tours and hikes, leaving us tired but accomplished. The restaurant next door serves very good seafood; we dined there almost every day. We highly recommend their piña coladas I would have two every day. It was about the experience and memories for us. The location is very safe, although the nightlife can get quite loud. We don't recommend staying out after 10:30 PM.

Room was available earlier than check in. It was a little on the small side, ok for two people with minimal luggage for a couple of days but we struggled for room as we had 6 items of luggage (this was part of a 6 week trip). We managed but a little more room would have been helpful.

Kamer is schoon, prima airco en mooi uitzicht op de rivier. Douche is vreselijk er komt een klein straaltje uit wat maar soms warm is. Bij de receptie werd gezegd dat dit op heel het eiland het geval is.

En general, la habitación era espaciosa y con un balcón con vistas espectaculares al río! Por ponerle una pega, el espacio del lavamanos era muy pequeño y la alcachofa de la ducha no iba muy bien.
