It is a cheap and cheerful type hotel , what you got was in good condition and clean. Quiet room and comfortable bed.

A good stopover

Our stop over in Limoges was fine staying at the B&B hotel. A modern clean hotel , just off the motorway but within walking distance to a fantastic restaurant. A good choice for the night.

This is an excellent budget hotel. The service is good, the breakfast is plentiful and the rooms clean, with everything you need There are loads of roadworks close by making it difficult to get to right now and the rooms are a bit tired but I would still strongly recommend it

This hotel is for truck drivers only, not good for vacation or business trips, breakfast choices were really bad.

Bonjour,Je me permets de vous écrire pour partager notre expérience lors de notre séjour dans votre hôtel Betb Limoges 1 ce samdi 7 juin, où ma femme, nos deux enfants et moi-même avons passé une nuit. Nous avons effectué notre réservation via Hotels.com.Nous avons malheureusement rencontré deux problèmes majeurs qui ont considérablement affecté notre séjour :1. Problème de réservation :À notre arrivée, nous n'avons pu trouver notre réservation sur votre borne à l'entrée. Nous avons essayé environ 30 minutes ,nous sommes restés coincé à l'extérieur avec nos enfants, ce qui était très inconfortable pour nous tous. Ce n'est qu'après avoir pu enfin parlé à une personne à l'interphone que quelqu'un a pu nous répondre et nous indiquer que les réservations effectuées sur Hotels.com ne fonctionnaient pas sur votre borne . Il est important de noter qu'à aucun moment nous n'avons été informés de cette situation, ce qui aurait pu nous éviter une attente si longue. 2.Problème d'alarme incendie : Le matin à 7h40, l'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée et a retenti pendant de longues minutes. Cet incident a non seulement réveillé nos enfants de manière brutale, mais a également créé un climat de stress et de peur pour eux. Une telle expérience est inacceptable, surtout dans un cadre familial.Au vu de ces deux incidents, je pense qu'il serait juste et professionnel de votre part de procéder à un remboursement pour cette nuit, qui a été particulièrement désagréable.
