The hotel was excellent for Disability awareness. The breakfasts were delicious including the omelettes. The staff from receptionist to breakfast servers were kind and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble or time consuming. I would happily stay there again after spending 6 consecutive nights there. My only concern was lack of air conditioning but we were having a heat wave. 😊. Thank you all 😊🌹👏

Nice hotel but wouldn't return 😌

Hotel was fab... food was great...staff nice.. my only downfall which would stop me from returning would be our experience in the bar. We booked a meal for 8pm and spent the whole meal on tender hooks. There were some lads in the bar and from the time we sat down i knew there was going to be trouble.. they squared upto each other numerous times and the staff were totally oblivious to it and continued to serve them drink after drink. Eventually they were asked to leave but this could have been avoided hours pervious...which is a shame because nice hotel...

When I'm told a city view I don't expect a wall view like 6ft from the window. Bacon at breakfast was dry. And bed too small for 2 people. Had to sleep in separate beds.

**Hotel Review:** My pregnant wife and I recently stayed at this hotel, hoping for a peaceful night’s rest, but unfortunately, our experience was far from relaxing. Throughout the night, there were drunk guests making a significant amount of noise in the hallways and nearby rooms. Despite the disturbance, the hotel staff did not seem to address the issue effectively, and the noise continued into the early hours of the morning. Given the circumstances, this was not the restful environment we had hoped for, especially with my wife being pregnant. We expected more from a hotel that promotes itself as a comfortable and quiet place to stay. We understand that the behavior of other guests isn't entirely within the hotel’s control, but the lack of action to ensure a peaceful atmosphere was disappointing. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a calm and restful stay, especially for families or those in need of a quiet night.

While the hotel could use some renovations and modernization, the staff were lovely and little touches in the room, like mini boxed chocolates, make up for what is lacking. There are two restaurant options attached to the hotel, one of which provides a great breakfast spread as part of your stay. A good, humble find of a hotel.
